The KCAD Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in collaboration with the KCAD Student Engagement Office and the Ferris LGBTQ+ Resource Center present a Social Justice Documentary Series. 

Screening of Native Art Now!
National American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month

Summary: A 2017 film that celebrates the previous 25 years of contemporary Indigenous North American arts, as told through the perspectives of various Native artists, curators, and collectors. This film examines the diversity of mediums, themes, and styles in the work of contemporary Native artists from many nations and discusses how they view their role as artists.
