Aakula yonale and Vorfarhen mean ancestor in Oshiwambo and German, which are two languages commonly spoken in Namibia, a nation in southwestern Africa. In this exhibition Namibian artists Alpheus Mvula and Imke Rust explore unique cultural memories evoked by those who preceded them.
