Healing Through Art

Art and Healing - Ted Meyer and KCAD Students
The Helen Miller Kendall Gallery is pleased to present Art and Healing, a collaborative exhibition between KCAD students and Ted Meyer, a nationally recognized artist, curator, and advocate who supports patients, students, and healthcare professionals on the journey to physical and emotional healing through art. Meyer's 16-year project, "Scarred for Life: Monoprints of Human Scars," chronicles the trauma and courage of people who have lived through accidents and health crises. Meyer's prints will be exhibited with similarly themed work from KCAD students. This exhibition is in collaboration with Grand Valley State University and The Bonnie Wesorick Center for Health Transformation.
