In doing this, we are excited to be able to coordinate two- 2-day (all major) Virtual Career & Internship Fairs during the spring 2021 semester. Please mark your calendars and encourage students to attend. Employers that attend these events LOVE to hire KCAD students and alumni!

Monthly averages show a positive economic recovery in Michigan. However, it is still tough out there. Michigan's unemployment rate entering November was 6.9%, nearly double pre-pandemic February 2020 of 3.5%. Students that participate in recruitment events will have a greater number of possibilities. These are also a great way for students to gain first-hand information from employers, exposure to different occupations, and gain confidence in their self-presentation.
