Posted March 3, 2017 in Faculty, Interior Design
Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University (KCAD) Assistant Professor and Interior Design Program Chair Tara McCrackin recently sat down with Custer Inc. for a Q&A exploring her work at the intersection of interior design education, practice, and leadership.
Tara McCrackin
McCrackin earned a BFA in Interior Design from KCAD in 1997, and would return to the college and the program three years later to begin her teaching career while also working for Custer, where she served as a senior interior designer until 2007. These days, McCrackin supplements her work in the classroom with another form of industry involvement: as President Elect of the International Interior Design Association Michigan Chapter.
