News Bites: Printmaking Program Chair Mariel Versluis Undertakes Residency at University of Wyoming

Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University (KCAD) Professor and Printmaking Program Chair Mariel Versluis recently had the opportunity to spend a week as a visiting artist at the University of Wyoming.

The university’s Printmaking department invited Versluis to take part in their Inky Paper Residency program, where she was able to complete three large works with the assistance of students in the program.

Versluis was also asked to give an artist talk as part of the visit, and held a solo exhibition titled If in the University of Wyoming gallery from November 7-December 9, 2016.
